The Garage space is located next to the entrance to the outdoor patio, offering easy access to food trucks and yard games. On nice days, weather permitting, the garage door is opened up, offering an open and airy feel.
Stadium Lounge (5-20 ppl)

This unique spot is partially surrounded by stadium-like seating and is in close proximity to the main bar. Artwork from local artists and greenery adorn the space, creating an eclectic feel.
This event space is best suited for study sessions, casual meetings and co-working.
Swing Lounge (15 - 20 ppl)

Sit back and relax in the Swing Lounge! Enjoy comfy seating, easy access to the main bar, and lots of space to move around and mingle.
This event space is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, and happy hours.
Mega Lounge (20-30 ppl)

The Mega Lounge is an indoor, casual event space on the main floor of Improper City, partially surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. This cozy corner is able to accommodate groups of up to 30 (combination of standing/seating) and is great for for happy hour events, engagement parties, bridal showers, and so much more!
Outdoor Cabana (15 - 30 ppl)

Enjoy the patio vibes at the Outdoor Cabana! The Cabana is an outdoor event space located on the main patio of Improper City. This fun spot offers easy access to food trucks, sunshine, and the best Improper City has to offer. Also included in the space is your own designated server.
Have more than 30 guests? No problem! Use the space as a home base where guests can mingle and spread out to the other areas of the patio, all while having a designated area.
The Cabana is ideal for going away parties, happy hours, birthdays, and engagement parties.
Perch (25-40 ppl)

The Perch is our most private event space! This semi-private lofted space is able to accommodate groups up to 40 (combination seating and standing room) and is best suited for networking events, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and engagement parties.
Included in the event space rental is a designated server as well as A/V access to a TV monitor and portable PA with a microphone.
Half RiNo Room (40 - 75 ppl)

The Half RiNo Room is an indoor semi-private space on the northeast side of the main floor with artistic walls, Edison bulbs, natural wood, a photo booth, as well as a gender-neutral restroom. This space is the perfect spot for wedding welcome events, corporate meetings, holiday parties, and more!
The Half RiNo offers A/V access to a microphone and 10ft projector screen though please note that outside music is not permitted.
RiNo Room (65-150 ppl)

The RiNo Room is an indoor semi-private space on the northeast side of the main floor with artistic walls, Edison bulbs, natural wood and a photo booth. This space includes a designated server, private bar, and a gender-neutral restroom. The RiNo Room is a great space for wedding welcome events, casual wedding receptions, networking, and corporate events.
This space also includes full A/V access to a microphone, projector, and 10ft projector screen. Please note, however, that outside music is not permitted .
